Apologies for the delayed response. As your order was cancelled no money was taken out. However as you are a regular customer you do deserve to still get the discount. If you place an order for 20 bottles for the regular price we will issue you a part refund on however much the discount was. Once you place the order please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know it is done and we will sort out the discount.
Please do order before 3pm tomorrow so we can get your order sent out to be delivered by Saturday.
